Direct Mail Account Handler

Department: Client Services

Reporting to: Client Services Director

Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Liaise directly with external clients and manage all aspects of client relationships
  • Manage all phases of Direct Mail and Print jobs for external clients
  • Have a sound understanding of Propack’s services allowing you to advise and support clients when necessary
  • Produce all documentation relating to client jobs
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure flow of client jobs around production 
  • Monitor progress of such orders to ensure the agreed schedule is maintained
  • Ensure billing is complete in a timely and accurate manner

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Process data for Direct Mail Packs using Excel / Cygnus 
  • Set documents for print production using Print Shop Mail Software and / or PrES Connect software
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Offer support to members of the Client Services Team
  • Produce brief and / or client quotes where necessary

Data Programmer

Department: Client Services

Reporting to: Client Services Director

Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Process data for Direct Mail Packs using Excel / Cygnus
  • Set documents for print production using Print Shop Mail Software and / or PrES Connect software
  • Work to a brief and liaising with Client Services Account Managers and production heads to ensure smooth processing of work
  • Help other members of the Data Team when required

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Understand sales / client requirements when working to a written data brief
  • Thoroughly check internal proofs for both data and artwork to ensure integrity
  • Respond to client requirements in a timely manner 
  • Offer support to members of the Client Services Team
  • Ensure Propack data software is up-to-date at all times
  • Any additional duties or responsibilities management deem necessary and within reason.

Estimator/Account Manager

Department: Commercial Client Services

Reporting to: Commercial Manager

Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Liaise directly with external clients and manage all aspects of client relationships
  • Manage quoting Direct Mail and Print jobs for external clients
  • Have a sound understanding of Propack’s services allowing you to advise and support clients when necessary
  • Produce brief for booked in jobs
  • Respond to client queries in a timely and appropriate fashion

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries 
  • Offer support to members of the Client Services Team
  • Manage client expectations
  • Liaise with internal team members and colleagues for smooth running of jobs
